Grace Residence

Grace Residence is Daiwa House Industry's first real estate development in Nantong, Jiangsu, China. The site area is approximately 135,000 square meters, or about three times the size of the Tokyo Dome, and was developed as a mixed-use development combining primarily 1,480 condominium units with commercial facilities.
All condominiums are sold with furnished interiors, although skeleton sales* are standard in China. As much as possible we use building materials and equipment from Japanese companies that are “safe and secure” and environmentally friendly in order to provide high-quality housing.
*A sales method that excludes interior and housing equipment in a dedicated area.
