We are operating a project in Johor – the southernmost state in Peninsular Malaysia – involving the development and sale of single-family houses. We have conducted research into using industrialized methods for the construction of housing that suits the requirements of the local climate. Based on this research, we have built model houses using prefabricated methods, and have gained high praise from the home-buying public for the shortened construction time and dependable quality achieved thanks to this industrialization concept. In 2017 we began selling low-rise subdivision homes. We have also started the D Project and are proceeding with development of logistics warehouses with temperature range control.
Fujita is also active in improving social infrastructure elements in Malaysia. For example, an affiliate of Fujita has received an order for railway infrastructure work, on which it is working.
