Grace Residence

Grace Residence is Daiwa House Industry’s third real estate development in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. The site area is approximately 75,000 square meters, which is about twice the size of Koshien Stadium, and will include 967 condominium units.
All condominiums are sold with furnished interiors, although skeleton sales* are standard in China. As much as possible we use building materials and equipment from Japanese companies that are “safe and secure” and environmentally friendly in order to provide high-quality housing.
*A sales method that excludes interior and housing equipment in a dedicated area.
