Sojitz and Daiwa House Industry jointly established PT. SDI Properties Indonesia as the facility operator in December 2018, with construction beginning in November 2019 and completion in July 2021. This facility is located adjacent to the Cikarang Japanese School, which is attached to the Embassy of Japan in Indonesia, and was developed under the concept of providing Japanese expatriates and their families with “a safe and secure living environment of Japan Quality.”
