The project, set to develop land for single-family houses, is located approximately 35 kilometers northwest of downtown Sydney and will consist of approximately 1,518 residential lots on an 89-hectare site (approximately 19 times the size of Tokyo Dome). This will be the first Large-scale residential land development project where real estate developer Odakyu Electric Railway Company and Daiwa House Industry jointly develop real estate outside Japan.
