DPL Vietnam Minh Quang (tentative name) is our first multi-tenant logistics facility developed in northern Vietnam. Located on a main road (Asia Highway 14) for direct access to central Hanoi, it is also an excellent location for deliveries to the city. The facility is a single-story building with a site area of 70,109.20 m2 and a total floor area of 42,330.33 m2, and can accommodate up to 10 tenant companies (from approximately 2,800 m2 per lot).
