- Turned Trumark Companies, LLC, which is involved in the buildings of master planned communities, single family and attached housing, urban and mixed-use development in the United States, into a consolidated subsidiary.
- Joined The Valuable 500 international initiative to promote the participation of people with disabilities in society.
- Certified as a Supplier Engagement Leader Board (2019~2023). That is the highest rating in the Supplier Engagement Rating by the CDP international NPO.
- Daiwa Living acquired the serviced apartment “Studios inn” in San Jose, California in the United States and started management and operation business.
- Started the full-scale introduction of power derived from renewable energy in our offices and construction sites on a national scale

- Started the high-rise rental housing Block 98 Project in the United States (Houston, Texas).(completed in February 2023)
- Switched to using renewable energy generated in facilities operated and managed by the Group for the power we use in our factories for the first time in the housing industry.
- Started work on the largest data center complex in Japan called the Chiba New Town Data Center Park Project (DPDC Inzai Park)(Chiba Prefecture).(started construction in October)
- Developed the archelis FX exoskeleton assist suit that reduces the burden of standing work in factories and introduced it into all of our factories(nine factories)

- Turned Flexbuild Holding B.V. (current Daiwa House Modular Europe B.V.), which is involved in the sale, leasing business and logistics business of modular structures in the Netherlands, into a consolidated subsidiary.
- Certified with the BSI KitemarkTM for BIM Design and Construction based on ISO 19650 by the BSI Group Japan (British Standards Institution) for the first time in Japan.
- Launched the industry’s first modular bath for cats with integrated flush toilet and shampoo sink called Nekolet (February).
- Debuted the new D’sVARIE brand of real estate restoration properties for investment in office buildings and rental condominiums (March).

- Commenced work on The Grace Residence, the third condominium development business in Changzhou, China.

- Taking on the Challenge of Achieving RE100 by Being Self sufficient in Renewable Energy praised and received the FY2021 Minister of the Environment Award for Climate Change Action.
- The Daiwa House Group MIRAI KACHI KYOSO Center (Kotokurie) training facility simultaneously acquired three international environmental certifications—LEED®, WELL® and SITES®—for the first time in Japan.
- Decided to sponsor the Signature Pavilion theme project of the 2025 Japan World Exposition.
- Started in Toyama City as the first phase of D-Ichiba, a business to support the rebuilding of aging public wholesale markets.(started construction in February)
- Started construction on the St. Elmo Project—a rental housing development project in Bethesda, Maryland, USA .(March)
